My story

The comeback behind the program

Get Fit Before 40 exists because I ran this rebuild on myself first - and wrote down everything I wish I had been handed on day one.

My name is Greg Benson. I founded Get Fit Before 40 because I did not want to turn 40 overweight, out of shape, and stuck in the same habits. My first real reset taught me structure and nutrition - and that a beginner does not need to get crushed every day to make progress.

From there I moved to dumbbells in my basement, then into the gym, and took bodybuilding, exercise form, practical nutrition, and training science seriously.

The program turns that comeback into the beginner path I wish I had: the training structure, the nutrition system, the tracking habits, and the mistakes to skip - a complete manual you can run for 90 days without guessing. It does not pretend the work is automatic. It makes the work obvious.

Method

Evidence-informed, tested in real life

I am not a doctor, and this is not medical care. The program is built on principles that keep showing up in the real world: progressive overload, controlled technique, adequate protein, calorie control, sleep, recovery, and honest tracking.

Training that can be repeated

Recoverable full-body lifting first, then Push/Pull/Legs, so beginners build skill before pushing harder.

Nutrition that teaches

Simple servings or precise tracking - both paths teach that body composition responds to calories, protein, consistency, and adjustment.

Technique before ego

Controlled reps, stable range of motion, bracing, breathing, and pain-free execution before chasing heavier weights.

Run the same system.

The complete 90-day program. $49, one time.
